KARMA HAUS ugc AND CONTENT CREATION - FOUNDER NOTE
Karma Haus was built on a simple belief: audiences don’t connect with ads. They connect with people.
After years working directly with major brands and building my own platforms from the ground up, I kept seeing the same problem. Brands were chasing authenticity but being sold polish. They wanted performance but were measured on vanity metrics.
Having lived inside the social media landscape as a creator, not just observed it, I understood what actually works. Content that feels human. Storytelling that feels natural. And results that go beyond likes.
Karma Haus exists to bridge that gap.
Every creator we work with is selected for their ability to communicate like a real person, build genuine community, and create content that feels native to the platform. This isn’t about influencer hype. It’s about trust, clarity, and performance.
Built by creators, for brands, we help turn brand stories into content audiences believe and brands can confidently scale. We take a hands-on approach to every campaign, combining creator-led insight with performance-driven strategy.
Karma Haus is still growing, but the philosophy is set.
Real voices. Real communities. Real results.

FAQs
How much does a campaign cost?
This is one of our most common questions, and the answer depends on the type of campaign and the talent involved.
For brands wanting to test the waters, we offer a UGC trial package. It’s a simple, low-risk way to trial high-performing content before scaling into a larger content plan.
Influencer campaign pricing varies based on the creator’s audience size, engagement, platform, deliverables, and content usage requirements. To ensure the right fit, we take the time to understand your brand story, goals, and budget before matching you with the most suitable talent.
Campaigns can range from one-off collaborations to packages that include paid usage rights for a defined period, right through to long-term brand ambassadorships. For this reason, every campaign is quoted individually.
How long does it take to turn around content?
We move quickly because social media moves quickly.
Timelines are discussed during the briefing stage to align with your launch, trends, and platform requirements. As a general guide, most campaigns take around 2 to 4 weeks from briefing through to filming, approvals, and final delivery.
UGC content can then be used freely across your own social channels and paid media, as agreed.
For influencer campaigns, posting schedules and launch dates are planned in collaboration with the creator, based on audience behaviour and campaign goals.
What kind of ROI can I expect?
ROI can be strong with the right strategy and the right creators, but it’s not something we make blanket promises about.
Any agency guaranteeing results without understanding your brand, margins, customer journey, and target CPA isn’t being realistic.
Return on investment will vary depending on your objectives, campaign structure, offer, and how your audience responds. Influencer and UGC marketing also sit within a broader customer journey, alongside factors like your organic presence, website conversion rate, checkout experience, and other advertising activity.
When these elements work together, creator-led campaigns can deliver exceptional impact. We help brands optimise the full picture, not just the content.
What platforms do you work with?
We primarily work across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, with a strong focus on short-form video designed for organic and paid social.
